About us

The RadTech is a nonprofit organization, founded in 1993 and has its headquarters at the Institute of Energy and Nuclear Research at the University of São Paulo. Founded as ATBCR (Associação Técnica Brasileira de Cura por Radiação).

In August 2006, the Radtech South America was formed, from an operational agreement between ATBCR and Radtech International North America.

The Radtech South America currently has 30 members from companies, organizations and professionals involved in radiation-curing UV and EB (electron beam).

Being a member of RadTech South America means to join a permanent international educational forum, and have access to important benefits for people, organizations and the environment.

Mission

Promote the use and development of UV & EB processes as an industrial technique that offers energy savings, pollution removal, increased productivity, higher incomes and better opportunities for new products or create unique products.

Serve as an international forum and reliable source of education and information for individuals and organizations involved in the use of UV & EB processes, supply equipment, chemical systems or other materials.

Develop and disseminate information on the procedures and operation of safety equipment and material handling, testing and quality control.
